I sent it for my new born niece in Australia as a present since I do not live in Australia, store posted them so quickly and they got it in 1 week almost, so quick. Seller is communicating if needed, they read all my general messages but I didn't have anything particular to ask. Shoes are nice, no threads out, I ordered 0 to 6 month size and by niece is 2 and half months old so they are bigger for her, but she can wear them later, bigger is not an issue, they were little pressed because there was nothing kept inside the shoes to keep the shape but still not too bad.
